ABOUT CNCR
CNCR started as a Grand Theft Auto Online crew, Put together by Will-Seal-95. He felt like there were no Competitive Racing crews on Ps4 for the people whose times didn't work for Broughty 1322' and GUN1t123's Crews, so He set out to create one. CNCR stands for Clean n' Competitive Racing and is well known for hosting the CNCR O-MEC Racing Series, but that is not all CNCR Hosts, we also have Daily Lobbies, which are able to be hosted by any Verified member and other Racing series like DRS their Dirt Racing Series.
HOW TO BECOME VERIFIED
It is quite easy to become a Verified member of the CNCR Community. Some of the Benefits of becoming Verified are being able to participate in CNCR Championships and other Events that CNCR Host. to become a Verified Member all you must do is submit your Application, link is on the 'Becoming a Member' page, all you will need to put in is your PSN, your Discord ID and your R* sc ID, Why should you join the community?, and whether or not your in another Racing community?
Rules
Here you can find all the Rules and Standards that are expected within the CNCR Community.
RULE 1: We are all here to have fun that doesn’t mean win at all costs, we race Cleanly and Competitively.
RULE 2: Standard Racing rules apply, No deliberate crashing, IF YOU CRASH SOMEONE OUT YOU MUST WAIT FOR THEM!
RULE 3: Listen to the Host, if the host says the rules for the race, such as "don't go at the start of the race", Don't go, its simple.
RULE 4: No foul language under any circumstances, that means, try not to swear, no Racist, Sexist, Ageist, or any other remarks that may lead to someone getting offended.
RULE 5: For all Drivers that would like to Compete in any of the Events, you must Register first, to be able to register you must be a verified member.
RULE 6: Anybody can host Daily Lobbies as long as they are Verified, To become Verified check out the Becoming a Member page.
RULE 7: Please try your best to keep the Discord channels on the right topic, and if you don’t understand what you must be talking about or where to say sometime about a certain subject just look at the Channel info.
RULE 8: People make mistakes, if Someone makes a mistakes do not hold a grudge against them, if it is a common occurrence you may talk to a Staff about the situation.
RULE 9: Don't give other players grief, even if they make a mistake that effects your race that doesn't give you the right to verbally attack them.
RULE 10: No self promotion, at any point you cannot self promote your own Channel or Social Media, on rare occasions you might be asked to post a link to something in the chat.

Punishments
Here are the Punishment that could apply if any rules are Broken, or if any unsportsmanlike acts occur within the Community.
PUNISHMENTS: First of all, if you Accidentally break one of the Rules you will not be punished straight away, if it becomes common of you doing so then that's when Punishments come into play. Punishments will differ for people breaking different Rules, the Punishment will also differ if the person is a common nuisance, the Punishments will be as follows:
- Timed Out from the Stream Chat
- Lose Member Verification Rank
- Temp ban from the Crew
- Perm ban From the Crew
- Kicked from the Discord Server
- Hidden from the Channel
- Banned From the Channel
Note: Again if you make a mistake that is fine, you will not be banned or kicked if it is a mistake, only the more serious Punishments will apply if someone is being a common nuisance and interrupting the Game Play, Streams and people enjoying the Racing.
